EH/CH emulsifier tank

Bitumen emulsion spraying machine with heated tank to be loaded into a skip, with a capacity of 500 up to 10,000 litres of emulsion, consisting of:

• Single-cylinder DIESEL combustion engine.
• Hydraulic drive to engage the emulsion pump with reversible direction of rotation.
• Electric control for pump operation on pendant control.
• Gear-driven emulsion pump with 50 l/min flow rate.
• Conveyor gas or diesel burner.
• Spray bar with maximum spreading width of 4.00 m.
• Folding pantograph-mounted boom hydraulically controlled from the pendant hand control.
• Manual spraying lance.
• Manual emulsion recirculation.
• External outlet for system cleaning and refilling or loading from drum.
• Circular emulsion holding tank, with steel top hatch for emulsion loading from plant, side inspection and cleaning hatch, 2″ side cap for emulsion emptying, splash guard (where required). Lifting hooks and lower recesses for unloading with forks (only with empty tank). Tank support base made of 15 cm high sheet metal box. Emulsion capacity 1,000 up to 10,000 litres.

Only for model CH:
– Water holding tank with cylindrical section housed on the same base as the emulsion tank as follows:
– upper hatch for water loading,
– access ladder to the hatch,
– HOT GALVANIZING treatment inside and out,
– hoses and cistern closure tap included.
