Bitumen emulsion spraying machine with heated tank to be loaded into a skip, with a capacity of 500 up to 10,000 litres of emulsion, consisting of:

• Single-cylinder DIESEL combustion engine.
• Hydraulic drive to engage the emulsion pump.
• Electric control for driving the pump on a wall-mounted push-button panel.
• Gear emulsion pump with 50 l/min flow rate.
• Combustion gas or diesel burner.
• Spray bar with maximum spreading width of 4.00 m.
• Foldable pantograph-mounted boom hydraulically operated by hand pump.
• Manual spraying lance.
• Manual emulsion recirculation.
• External outlet for system cleaning and refilling or loading from drum.
• Circular emulsion containment tank with steel top hatch for emulsion loading from plant, side inspection and cleaning hatch, 2″ side cap for emulsion emptying, splash guard (where required). Lifting hooks and lower recesses for unloading with forks (only with empty tank). Tank support base made of 15 cm high sheet metal box.
• Emulsion capacity 1,000 up to 10,000 litres.
